Those of you who follow lacrosse probably already know this, but for those who don't, in the words of Anchorman, "Guys, I don't know how to put this, but we're sort of a big deal." Yeah. It's pretty much the only sport we're renowned for at JHU, but we kick ass. When thinking of JHU, you go, "Oh, it's that place with all the pasty-faced engineering/doctor geeks and KICKING LACROSSE ASS." We were national champions last year, other schools send their teams here just to let their teams know, "That's how you play," and the student council sends us lots of emails about the season with headers in all-caps.
So why is it that when I see in my inbox, "HOPKINS LAX" I still automatically start to wonder, "Hopkins laxatives? What the hell is this?"
